Artwords Bookshop

Visited this bookshop over the holidays while waiting to visit a studio based in Hackney, with a focus on visual communication in its edgy location this book shop shows the commercial shops how to do it properly. The main problem with the bookshop is the website, although the branding for the shops / bags etc is considered and interesting the website looks like it was made when the internet first appeared.

How does this affect the bags that the shop sell / package their books in?
Will is be a specialist book shop?
How do I define the audience?
How would branding a pop up shop & a physical store change the identity?
