Beyond Retro
Communication - obvious vintage / retro references across the website, the identity is following the nature of the company
Behavior - When looking at the tone of voice and overall brand communication,
the shop uses an informal tone of voice and often reflects different
eras the same way as the clothes. All employees are somewhat cheerful
and colorful people - something that Kenny's already posses.
Environment - The shop has a very interesting layout not
putting things together by size or even gender but by colour. I feel
this element of interaction and searching through the clothes adds to
the sense of gaining a bargain and a more personal shopping experience.
Something to consider when thinking about the interior of the store.
