Guardian

Came across a couple of particularly inspirational advertising campaigns from the guardian, asking their audience what their role was using simple design and beautiful colour schemes.

 Its the use and integration of the different colours that gives the designs their unique and professional aesthetic but its the tone of voice and use of language that I feel makes the campaign so successful. I feel it truly captures the nature of the paper expressing its attitude towards gaining every element of the story and letting the reader decide for themselves.

We will need to think about how we can apply a similar approach to our own campaign and the effect the different reader groups (particularly students) will have on the tone of voice.
