Definitions of Turn

Some interesting terms and definitions of the word 'turn' to aid my concept development.
Definite favourites are 'move around an axis or centre' & 'Accomplish by rotating'
These have obvious references to the physical action of playing a vinyl or CD, need to think how this could transfer into a concept.
