Some examples of work relating to my visual language G project this week, as well as some research into how it is done.
"Two dimensional typography is placed in three dimensional space. It is dissected and the pieces are extruded on the Z axis. The engine compensates for this extrusion by scaling pieces so that form a given vantage point, the form looks again as if it is sitting on a two dimensional place"
Students Joseph Egan & Hunter Thompsons Anamorphic typography - final Major project for foundation. Really crisp work, could be interesting to explore this concept for some of my own projects.
